Neue Rösterei in Lubeck

In my opinion, they have the best coffee in Lübeck! Great breakfast in a beautiful and cool location right in the heart of Lübeck! In addition, great service and a super nice staff. And the best is still! You can also take the beans home with you! Including a small technical discussion and tips, of course! Recommendation: Go there, arrive and just enjoy the time in the Neue Rösterei. I'm looking forward to having breakfast in the backyard again sometime!

Mega delicious coffee! I have to say that I've never actually drunk such a tasty Americano anywhere as here. The cake is always good too and everything looks nice. The service is great and really dedicated. You can also buy good coffee with extremely patient and friendly advice.

We went there because of the well-known good coffee and were pleasantly surprised by the cake. The carrot cake and cinnamon bun were divine. The coffee was really buzzing, but still not overly bitter 🤯

A nice chance find that we came across during our day in Lübeck. The inner courtyard is extremely cozy, the team super nice! We had the filter coffee of the day and the best cinnamon rolls in the world, which were also very, very nicely decorated - with edible flowers :) Inside you can buy the delicious coffee beans for home.

Great Coffee and cake - I had a baked cheesecake and a flat white. Next time I’ll try one of their delicious sounding breakfasts. You can either sit in the courtyard or sit inside the cafe and watch the coffee beans being roasted, like I did. The only minor point for improvement is that the cake fork felt a bit cheap and was sightly bent, which clashed with the otherwise beautiful presentation.

Cute Coffee House! Very cozy ambience and hipster interior. Even if you're not a coffee drinker, like me, you can still enjoy this place. I ordered a special green tea from South Korea and it tasted so fresh, fragrant and high quality. Their carrot cake is amazing! It's autumnal flavors were perfect for the changing of the season.

A hippster shop in Lübeck? Say what? Unfortunately the shop was full and we could only take take away and buy beans, but we liked it a lot. One of the highlights in Lübeck, if you don't just want marzipan 🤪

Both Filter Coffee and Cappuccino were great. Equipment used: La Marzocco, EK43, V60. Cam recommend this place fully for excellent coffee.

Very nice ambience with relaxed service and simply excellent coffee. Also very nice and tasty to have breakfast, although the options are relatively limited and there is no vegan option. (It is best to have a look at the map on the website beforehand.) Good value for money.

Nice modern ambience with delicious, unusual food. The rhubarb schole and the ice latte were delicious. We took a fresh pack of coffee beans and espresso beans with us. The Solgan is cool too. You can buy matching t-shirts there.

The ambience was great. In the backyard and despite the summer heat, a pleasant temperature and very quiet. Service friendly and attentive. The breakfast was beautifully presented and delicious. And the cappuccino was really delicious. I'm not a coffee connoisseur, but I know that I liked it so much that I wanted a second one ;-)

Nice hipster Cafe in Lübeck's old town. They serve a wide variety of coffee specialities along with a choice of craft beer, topped with small dishes and cakes. The inner courtyard is absolutely lovely. There is an option to buy their in house roasted coffee beans.

This is our second time here, very nice restaurant, child-friendly. The food tastes good. Coffee anyway. The service could possibly be friendlier. But they weren't unfriendly either. We will be back.

I like the location very much, a bit hidden with a small inner courtyard. It's also very cozy inside. As expected, the coffee was very good. However, I didn't find it very cozy in the inner courtyard. That's why our visit to the new roastery last time was only a cappuccino.

The food tastes just delicious, the atmosphere is great, the food is nice to look at, there are nice staff there, you can also buy beans, and it is clean and hygienic. You can eat there at any time of the day, I highly recommend it. 👍👍👍👍👍😋

Coffee was good but the cake (banana cake) was relatively dry. In addition, the menu was only available as a QR code and the condition was not very quick. Well I think that the condition asked us at the end how it was and said that she passed on the information with the dry cake.

Today was the first time we had breakfast at the Neue Rösterei and we were absolutely thrilled. The coffee and breakfast were delicious. Everything was fresh and well presented.

Very interesting 3rd wave café with beans from own roastery and delicious food. Friendly staff despite the place is overrun by people on the weekends. This gem is hidden in one of the inner yards of historic city centre and I would definitely go there everytime I come again to Lübeck.

Best coffee in town. Very good cappuccino and a nice selection of filter coffees. Flavor of the coffee, texture of the milk and overall taste and temperature were very good!

Well balanced breakfast, great coffee and a relaxed atmosphere. Had the 'Händchenhalter' and it was a bit to small for two. The cheese and overall plate was great looking and as mentioned before well balanced. We enjoyed it alot. The coffee wasn't as overwhelming as I expected, but was far over average and worth the money.

Wonderful experience, beyond language barrier :) Tasty breakfast options and great coffee. Found the craft beer I had Humburg's in St. Pauli visit earlier in spring. Will be back.

Your breakfast is awesome and the coffee tastes excellent. We had a very nice service and are well saturated. There was a farmer and an eco-bowl. There is also the possibility to drink coffee with oats, which I highly recommend. The quality of the food tastes good. The courtyard invites you to linger and we love this style.
